Event Rental at Manatee River Garden Club

Our venue serves as a charming and picturesque setting for your special day, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that your guests will love. The clubhouse is an excellent corporate event space, suitable for a variety of occasions, including weddings, receptions, seminars, business meetings, birthday parties, showers, family gatherings, corporate functions, and memorials. Conveniently located between Manatee Avenue West and Riverview Boulevard, we offer a beautiful backdrop for any occasion, accommodating up to 170 people.

Featuring versatile spaces, the clubhouse includes a spacious main room, a conference room, and a screened patio, all of which can be arranged for seated meals, buffets, cocktails, or dancing. The main room spans 1,600 square feet and is adorned with a cozy fireplace, while three sets of French doors open onto the screened patio, providing an inviting area for guests to enjoy drinks and socialize. With comprehensive catering options and kitchen facilities, along with event planning assistance, our venue meets all your needs for a seamless event venue rental.

Our venue also provides complimentary Wi-Fi and off-street parking. You have the flexibility to choose your own catering, staging, entertainment, photography, and vendors, and you’re welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. If desired, we can assist with event planning and accommodate special requests. We only host one event per day, and our facility is available for rental seven days a week.

For rentals, Saturday and Sunday require full-day bookings, while rentals from Monday to Friday are available by the hour with a 4-hour minimum. Proof of insurance is required for all rentals: a Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum coverage of $100,000) naming the Manatee River Garden Club as the certificate holder.

Qualified members receive a discount for renting our corporate event space. To qualify for this benefit, members should be in good standing for two years prior to reserving a wedding venue or any other event venue rental.
